Returns

Due to the nature of food and products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used.

However, returns may be accepted in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged product received
Leaking or defective packaging
Expired product received

To request a return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

Your order number
Clear pictures/video of the product
Brief description of the issue
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

Incorrect items
Damaged or defective products

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement product as soon as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Opened or used products
Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery
Change of mind after purchase
Refunds

If a replacement is not available, an eligible refund may be processed through:

JazzCash / EasyPaisa

Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
